Happiest at Home.

As the holiday season rolls around, our schedules become busier & we find ourselves scrambling to fit everything in. We love visiting family, going to fun events & doing all sorts of seasonal activities with the kids. But with three small kids, we have learned that sometimes, it is best to just stay home. No carseats, no overtired kids who missed their nap or their bedtime, no changing diapers in the back of the car or being stuck in traffic while one kid is puking yogurt parfait all over themselves (looking at you Ells). But just being home, and bringing all of the magic of the season home with us. Snuggling up on the couch in our pajamas, listening to Christmas music & making s’mores in the fireplace. I am so thankful that we were able to have some fun photos taken to capture some of our very favorite moments like these, these girls are the happiest at home, and I don’t think we can blame them.

I'm finally getting caught up with your posts and I love your new couch. It's a little too light for my taste but it looks great in your guys' living room. These pictures of your family are adorable and the kids look so happy. I'm waiting till after Thanksgiving to decorate for Christmas. Happy holidays to you and your family! 🙂

yes!!! second that. my first has dance on Monday night and every Monday all the moms talk about their weekends and what they did and I'm sitting there like "well – we did go to Target" I have a three year old girl and a one year old boy and am pregnant with our little surprise and I'm usually exhausted somewhere between chasing my naked toddler trying to get something other than an Elsa dress on her to go out and realizing as he clings to my leg that it is my son's nap time. CHEERS TO HOME!
