Claire’s Nursery

I am so excited to finally share some photos of Claire’s nursery today! This has been one of my favorite rooms to decorate in our house, I was so excited about some girly pink walls! There was a little bit of mermaid inspiration behind the room design, but I didn’t want to go too over the top with it. The room is really small & doesn’t get a lot of light, but I love the way it turned out! My favorite things in the room are the art prints & the acrylic house shelf that I have used to display some of the girls’ bows & accessories. Eventually, when they are all a little bit bigger, I want to use this on the floor as a little dollhouse!

One of my original pieces of inspiration for this room was this Be On The Sea Activity Mat, all of the girls love it!! The colors are so pretty in person & all of the little details are adorable. It is Claire’s favorite place to do tummy time, and Eloise & Harper’s favorite place to leg wrestle. 😉

Hope you’ve enjoyed the room pictures & may take a little piece of inspiration away from it as well!

Beautiful! Do you think you can show a couple of pictures of the whole room, rather than close up pics of items? I am interested to see how it looks all together. 🙂

Absolutely adorable!! Love your style & tatse! Big fan of yours in Knoxville, TN?

Question, your rug, how do you keep it so fluffy and not matted looking? We have the same rug in my son's room and do book time and prayer time on it every night. Of course we play in there too! Any suggestions on how to revamp it's look?!

I just love sweet Claire's room. We chose blush walls for Olivia's big girl room, even though we choose grey for her nursery. Maybe there's something about eventually moving to pink. Such a sweet room and I know the girls will love spending time in it!

Hi there! I love this room! I was wondering if that pouf is sturdy enough to use with your glider. I'm looking for something that won't fall over when I need to push off it to rock. I've tried a metallic pouf but it just slides around. Would love to hear your thoughts. The price is certainly right! We're expecting our third baby in 9 weeks and I'm slightly (ok a lot) terrified. Your posts have been so real and refreshing. Thank you for not sugar coating the shit show to come!

Have you tried vacuuming it? I was so hesitant to get this rug for my baby girls room because I thought it would have to instantly be thrown out if anything ever spilt on it, but I accidentally vacuumed over it while trying to vacuum around it, and to my surprise it can be vacuumed. It fluffs it up nicely. Hope this helps!

P.S. I love that you have prayer time with your son! God bless you and your family!
