
HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY SYRUP: 2lb strawberries (fresh or frozen), 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, then let it simmer until it thickens and becomes sticky. Pour mixture into blender and puree! Pour hot over pancakes and french toast, chill for lattes & cocktails!
STRAWBERRY MATCHA: Add 1 heaping tbsp of Strawberry Syrup to your cup and then fill with ice. Add in your milk of choice and then add your matcha (which I like to chill first so it doesn’t melt the ice!). Top with Strawberry Cold Foam.
STRAWBERRY COLD FOAM: Using a milk frother or single cup blender, combine 1 tbsp Strawberry Syrup, 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, a sprinkle of sugar and a splash of Vanilla. Whip until desired consistency!
ICED STRAWBERRY LATTE: Add 1 heaping tbsp of Strawberry Syrup to your cup and then fill with ice. Add in your milk of choice. In a separate jar with a lid, combine 1-2 shots of espresso, a pinch of brown sugar and a drizzle of vanilla bean paste. SHAKE with ice. Pour over milk mixture and top with Strawberry Cold Foam.
